    We have three ways to submit a survey request:

• Call - (205) 680-0518 or (205) 901-8952 between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

                    or

• Click to Download our Survey Request Form (PDF) and Fax to our Office

                    or

• Send us an Email request to simmonssurvey@simmonssurveying.com

                Please include a copy of your property deed, old survey, or other property description documentation to better estimate the work to be performed.
